LOVEstore: Ready stock items require 100% payment on purchase.
Online shopping service: Minimum 80% of item cost (USD) as deposit. Balance payment + Shipping to be made only when item reaches Singapore and is ready to be dispatched to your door.
Overseas shopping service: Minimum 80% deposit. Balance amount to be made only when item is purchased from store and ready to be dispatched to your door.

Shipping
All prices quoted are inclusive of the relevant taxes and shipping to door in Singapore.
We consolidate all our shopping and ship via DHL Express from U.S to Singapore weekly. Once item reaches locally, we’ll dispatched item to your door or pick up from us once outstanding payment is made.
If you’re located overseas and would like to use our service, please email us for shipping rates from Singapore to your locale. We offer affordable express shipping service by DHL and FedEx.
Returns/Refunds
Our items are guaranteed 100% authentic and new. To maintain the integrity of our products, we are unable to issue refunds nor returns on items purchased through us. Deposits made for confirmed orders through our shopping request service is also non-refundable, as items are purchased specially for you. However, we do handle returns/refunds under the following conditions:
1. A FULL refund will be given if the items is proven to be a fake and not authentic by recognised designer authentication site. All items sold at our store are bought from official stores and are geniune, it’s a 100% money back guarantee.
2. Item requested is out of stock. As we purchase from the official outlets, we do not have control over their stock levels. If the item that you requested is no longer available, a full refund of your deposit will be given.
3. Item purchased through online stores is defective and the store has a valid exchange policy. We are not liable for any of the damages or defects but will assist to forward your exchange claims to the merchant the item was purchased from, subjected to respective store policies.
